I'm Chris and with my Wife Vicky we run Anyone Can we run days, weekends and longer adventure trips for adventurers with impairments (and those with none).

We started because we could see a frustrating hole in the provision at the adventure centres we were teaching for: you try something and love it but then what?

We were observing the same clients coming back to the same place doing the same taster version of a sport over and over again because there was nowhere else to go and no one else to go with.

    People were telling us:
You can't bring your non-disabled mates on an adaptive charity climbing trip,

If you approach a non-adaptive canoe company to paddle across Scotland - they're not set up or confident to adapt

If you want to take a family trip with a disabled family member: well they're mostly sitting around and looking at stuff or your group is too small to book into a specialist. No chance of sailing around the Scottish islands or Canoeing down a river

So that's us and our job now
Adaptive adventures that take you beyond the taster.
Trips that anyone is welcome on disabled and non-disabled alike
Small groups of friends, families and individuals
Adventures customised rather than toned down

We sail, canoe, climb and cave and deliberately keep to this narrow range to ensure we have a range of levels, durations and venues in the different sports.

Ingleton climbing is suitable for essential wheelchair users who can self-transfer.
