You can recommend a service provider or organisation by clicking the suggest a listing tab and fill in the form.
You can recommend a service provider or organisation as long as it is welcoming to people with disabilities and it does not matter if they provide services exclusively to people with disabilities or they are mainstream providers.
If you have bad experiences with an organisation listed on our site, please contact us through email or fill in the online contact form detailing what your experience was and we will contact the organisation and ask for a response. Those who attracted too many complaints without satisfactory response to complaints will be removed from the site.
If there are changes needed to be made for the listing, please contact us by filling in the online contact form.
Being inclusive means to welcome people regardless of their disabilities. Of course, it is a legal requirement that you adhere to the Equality Act 2010. However, being inclusive is more than just following the rules but to be welcoming and offer equal access to people with disabilities and help them to enjoy the activities by offering reasonable adjustments if necessary.
Mainstream providers are those that provide services or activities to people without disabilities and with disabilities whereas special providers are those that provide services or activities to people with disabilities. Some special (or specialist) providers only focus their services to one or two types of disabilities.
We are a directory website that lists organisations and clubs that offer activities that are inclusive to people with disabilities. We do not run the activities ourselves. If you would like to make a booking, please go to the listing page and use the contact details to contact the organisation directly.
