During our Cyclo4All sessions a team of trained volunteers will find the right bike for the rider, allowing them to experience and enjoy the freedom of cycling, whatever their ability.
With the largest fleet of adapted bikes in the South East, we have the support and resources to help and encourage anyone that wants to cycle.
The sessions run on Wednesdays and Fridays, 9am – 2pm. These sessions and are run by our Community Health worker and Physiotherapist, David Hedley. We require each person and their carer have an assessment with David in order to use our disability bikes.
Our Chairfit4All sessions run on Thursdays at 11.30 am. This is a class for those with Learning Disabilities to come along with their care givers to a be able to join in a group exercise class in a safe environment.
