The programme that we currently offer are:
1-2-1 Consultation: If you have not cycled before, you will need to book in for a 1-2-1 Consultation. During this consultation you will be given the opportunity to test out a range of bikes to find the most suitable version for your needs. A bike assessment form will then be completed and saved to ensure you and our staff/ volunteers can remember which bike is best for you.
(email is preferable as our small team are often out and about)
We do have a waiting list for new participants, so you may need to wait a little while before being offered a time slot, we apologise in advance for this, the demand for the service is quite high at this time.
Health Questionnaire: You and your carer / personal assistant will need to fill out a Health & Activity Health Questionnaire – this will be a one-off necessity. You can complete it online before arrival by clicking the link below

Park in the Golf and Activity Centre car park: Parking is free for the duration of your Accessible Cycle booking. Please provide your car registration when checking in.
If you are unable to attend, please do take the time to let us know – there may be a waiting list for the bike you have booked.
Accessible Cycle Hire: Individuals that have completed their 1-2-1 assessment can hire their allocated accessible bike. These must be booked and paid for in advance.
