Westquarter & Redding Cricket Club became 1 of only 3 Cricket Scotland Disability Cricket Champion Clubs in 2021 and now run a weekly pan disability cricket session every Sunday morning. Working closely with Cricket Scotland and Lord Taverners these sessions continue indoors through the winter. In the next 6 months Table Cricket will be added to the offering making the sport available to everyone. At present the sessions are for ages 8 updates and pan disability.
The cricket pitch is accessible by wheelchair and we have 2 all terrain wheelchairs which can be used on the grass.
The club are also in the middle of installing a new fully accessible modular building as it's home for games and social events.
In the winter the sessions are Sunday's 11:00 - 11:45 at Grangemouth High School (October - March) and from April to September they are outdoors at the club from 10:00 - 11:00.
